Sterling Ridge

Sterling Ridge was opened on The Woodlands’ 25th anniversary in 1999. Being one of the newer villages, Sterling Ridge is still growing and is adding new homes constantly. As of right now it holds over 2,500 homes and includes the prestigious neighborhood of Carlton Woods and the Gary Player Golf Course. It is located on western side of The Woodlands, bordering FM 2978. Sterling Ridge is being served by Conroe Independent School District as well as Magnolia Independent School District, and offers a variety of parks and businesses.
