Meet Anna, our Systems Administrator. With over 20 years of experience overseeing residential real estate transactions, managing resources, and monitoring critical timelines, Anna provides our team with all the necessary compliance mechanisms to safeguard every transaction from contract to closing. Anna is responsible for the immediate supervision of our team’s administrative support staff, as well as our business accounting, and administration.
Carolina Garza joined our team after completing an Advertising degree from the University of Houston. As our full-time Marketing Coordinator, Carolina works to improve our team’s visibility through different marketing channels and manages the team’s communications. By supporting our agents in their specific marketing goals, Carolina aims to continue engaging, educating, and inspiring our current and prospective clients as we assist them through their real estate journey.
Audith Gesmundo is one of two Transaction Coordinators on our team. Audith assists our clients by ensuring a smooth experience throughout the sale and purchase of their homes. Through her competent experience and reliability, Audith provides our entire team with the support we need, manages contracts, and consistently ensures deadlines are met.
Julie Ann Montoya is our second Transaction Coordinator. Julie aids in tracking and editing the necessary documents for each transaction we handle. From listing to closing, Julie maintains contact with your agent, lender, and title company to facilitate efficient communication, and promote a seamless home-selling experience.
