Systems Administrator | Lead Transaction Coordinator
Anna Giorgi is our Systems Administrator. Her 18 years of experience overseeing residential real estate transactions, managing resources, and monitoring critical timelines provides our team with all the necessary compliance mechanisms to safeguard every transaction from contract to closing. Anna is responsible for the immediate supervision of our team’s administrative support staff, as well as our business accounting, and administration.
After earning a marketing degree from the University of Texas, Iliana joined our team as Marketing Director in the Fall of 2017. As our marketing curator, her goal is to ensure that the Giorgi Real Estate Group’s image is representative of the professional service our team commits to each of our clients. She wants our community to know who we are, so we can help you find your perfect home.
JB Lardizabal is our Transaction Coordinator. JB aids in tracking the necessary documents for the transaction throughout your home-selling process. From listing to closing, JB will also be in contact with your agent, lender, and title company to facilitate flawless communication.
Audith Gesmundo is our second Transaction Coordinator. Audith is also here to assist our clients by providing a smooth experience throughout the sale of your home. Additionally, she provides our entire team with the support we need, manages contracts, and ensures deadlines are met.
